Hello, I am delighted to be your Puls Tech! I have been in the appliance repair business for over 7 years, I have experience in home remodeling and insured as a technician. I pride myself on the quality of work and communication on every job.
Last Job Completed:

- Description: A Puls technician came out today. It was determined I need a compressor for my LG Refrigerator. I denied the service due to the cost. However, I found out later I have warranty for the compressor parts but requires that a Letter of Authorization be completed by Puls. I contacted Puls customer service and was told to have the Letter of Authorization sent to Support@Puls.com email, which I did today(6-7-25). LG stated once this is completed and returned it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive the compressor parts. Also, I was given a quote of $641 via Puls customer service for the labor of this repair. Please call me at 678-767-1703 to let me know If this will work so I will not go without a refrigerator in vain. Thank you, Ms. Spraddling
